JOG ON SPORTSWEAR FAQ’S

 

  • WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME & COST?

 

For domestic delivery in the UK we use Royal Mail first class service which usually arrives the next working day after dispatch. During times of national adversity, unexpected weather and pandemics there may be some delays to the usual fast service. Proof of postage is always supplied and if you have paid via PayPal you will receive an email notification that a postage label has been purchased for your order.

 

  • HOW QUICKLY WILL YOU DISPATCH MY ORDER?

We aim to post within three working days however in most cases you will receive your order the next working day. Dispatch days at Jog On HQ are usually Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturdays. For urgent orders please get in touch to arrange a faster and guaranteed service. There may be extra costs involved for an upgraded postal service.

  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

 

Yes we ship worldwide. We can use DHL Express Service or offer a standard and cheaper rate using Royal Mail International Postage Service that may take up to two weeks depending on where you are in the world. To USA and Europe you will commonly receive your parcel within 5 working days. Asia and Australia may take up to 14 working days to arrive using the standard service. We advise using the DHL express service for a quicker and door to door tracked service.

 

  • HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT(S)?

 

In the event of receiving unwanted items, it is the customers responsibility to pay for and return the item. In the case of ordering more than one size, colour or other variation, Jog On is happy to send UK customers a return label which can be printed out and used on the original packaging by way of return. International customers must incur the cost of returns and exchange.

 

  • CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT(S)?

We offer a free exchange service upon receiving the unwanted item meaning the customer incurs no further cost for postage.   • DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

 

We sell virtual gift cards that can be purchased on our product page.

 

  • IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK DOES THAT MEAN IT IS DISCONTINUED?

 

Please let us know if an item has gone out of stock so that we can check our stocks in house as well as let you know when the product is due to be back in stock. We can place you on a pre-order waiting list.

 

  • HOW CAN I ORDER IN BULK OR FOR A TEAM, CLUB OR SCHOOL?

We offer discounted rates for bulk orders. We can personalise your sportswear, offer alternative colours to that which you see on our website as well as add names or other details. We can add logos, flags, badges and the like. You can email us contact@jogon.org for enquiries and bespoke quotes to meet your needs.

  • HOW CAN I ADD PERSONALISATION LIKE MY OWN LOGO OR NAME?

  • HOW CAN I BOOK A ONE-TO-ONE OR GROUP WORKSHOP?

 

Please email contact@jogon.org to make contact with Lynne Northcott who will respond to your enquiry. Together you will discuss your requirements and set a date(s) for a workshop that suits you both.

 

  • DO YOU CHARGE FOR PUBLIC SPEAKING EVENTS?

 

There are fees involved in our motivational speaking and public oration services. These will be tailored depending on your needs and location. Please email contact@jogon.org

 

  • WHAT IS INVOLVED WITH THE MIND AND BODY WORKSHOPS?

 

Our sessions are currently tailored and facilitated by our Brand Owner, Lynne Northcott who is an England Athletics Running and Fitness Leader as well as a qualified psychotherapist. Lynne has been working in mental health including addiction services and school settings since 2005. By listening to your needs and requirements Lynne will put together a programme that suits your setting and budget whether a one-off or part of a regular programme. Get in touch contact@jogon.org

 

  • WHAT CAN YOU OFFER MY SCHOOL?

 

We offer a range of interventions and services for school. We can visit for one off motivational talks and assemblies. We can offer class work, PSHE sessions around a number of topics such as self-esteem building, managing emotions and anxiety through movement and stillness. We can offer hands on sessions with classes and groups using mindfulness and movement techniques to explore feelings and emotions.   • WHAT CAN YOU OFFER MY TEAM/CLUB?

Jog On offers a range of interventions, education and support for teams, clubs, NGO’s and community projects. We can provide educational workshops as well as individual support such as offering self esteem building sessions either in groups or one-to-one.
